NCOALink™
NCOALink™ provides mailers with updated addresses for people that have moved in the last 48 months. This service is provided by licensees of the United States Postal Service®. NCOALink™ provides CASS™ output, Address Standardization, ZIP + 4® coding, ZIP® Correction, Carrier Route Coding. NCOALink™ meets Move Update requirements, enabling mailers to qualify for postage discounts.

An original or faxed NCOALink™-Processing Acknowledgment Form (PAF) must be received by prior to NCOALink™ processing.
LACSLink™
LACSLink™ enables mailers to update their lists when addresses have been converted by local authorities, i.e. renaming and renumbering of existing city-style addresses and converting rural-style addresses to city-style addresses as result of a 911 conversion effort.

LACSLink™ improves deliverability and enables mailers to identify potential duplicates between name and address records that have the original address and those that are already using the new converted address. A National Deliverability Index Report shows how your list compares to United States Postal Service®; address standards. The Postal Service™ will only deliver to the old style address for one year, after a LACSLink™ conversion.
DSF2®
The DSF2® product improves the delivery of mailings by validating and standardizing the incoming address utilizing the United States Postal Service® database which allows validation of all 145+ million delivery points. DSF2® processing is based on a United States Postal Service® approved matching process. Addresses are identified as business versus residential delivery points, Pseudo Delivery Sequence Numbers for walk sequence postal discounts are provided.

DSF2® processing attempts to correct, standardize, verifies the addresses on a mailing list are deliverable addresses and CIS provides a Deliverability Index Report to help mailers decide whether to mail to a specific address. This enables mailers to improve response rates and lower costs by identifying and not mailing to undeliverable addresses.
