provides mailers with updated addresses for people
that have moved in the last 48 months. This service
is provided by licensees of the United States Postal
Service®. NCOALink™ provides CASS™
output, Address Standardization,
ZIP + 4® coding, ZIP® Correction, Carrier
Route Coding. NCOALink™ meets Move Update requirements,
enabling mailers to qualify for postage discounts.
Maximum address hygiene benefits are realized
when the NCOALink™ product is processed in conjunction
with DSF2™ processing .
An original or faxed NCOALink™ Processing Acknowledgment
Form must be received prior to NCOALink™ processing.
Compact Information Systems is a non-exclusive Limited Service Provider
of the United States Postal Service®
for the NCOALink™ service. All payments for this service
shall be made payable to the licensee. The USPS® does not
establish, control or approve the pricing for this service. This website
